At LEDSAK, we strive to provide a seamless and efficient AI-powered CRM and marketing platform that empowers businesses and sales professionals. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your subscription or service. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing cancellations, refunds, and related processes to ensure transparency and a hassle-free experience.

1. Subscription Cancellation
1.1. Cancellation by the User

Users can cancel their LEDSAK subscription at any time through the account settings in the LEDSAK dashboard or by contacting our support team at support@ledsak.ai

  • Monthly Subscriptions: If you cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle, you will not be charged for the upcoming month. However, there will be no refunds for the current billing cycle.
  • Annual Subscriptions: If you cancel your annual subscription before the renewal date, your service will remain active until the end of the current subscription period, and you will not be charged for renewal.
  • Trial Periods: If you cancel during a free trial, your access will immediately terminate, and you will not be charged.
1.2. Cancellation by LEDSAK

LEDSAK reserves the right to cancel or suspend a user’s subscription due to:

  • Violation of Terms of Service
  • Non-payment of subscription fees
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity
  • Any other breach of contractual obligations
  • In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

2. Refund Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are issued under specific circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly, please contact our support team within 7 daysof the charge for a refund review.
  • Duplicate Payments: In case of duplicate charges, LEDSAK will process a refund upon verification.
  • Service Issues:If there is a major technical issue that prevents you from using LEDSAK’s core features, and our support team is unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe, you may request a refund.
2.2 Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Partial use of the service
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Unused subscription time
  • Failure to cancel before the renewal date
  • Refund requests must be submitted to support@ledsak.ai with details and supporting documents where applicable.

3. Automatic Renewal & Billing
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds
  • LEDSAK subscriptions are set to auto-renew unless manually canceled before the renewal date.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring their billing information is up to date to avoid service interruptions.
  • Charges will appear as LEDSAK CRM on your billing statement.
4. Account Deactivation & Data Retention
4.1. What Happens When You Cancel?

Refunds are issued under specific circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.
  • After cancellation, you will have limited accessto your data for up to 30 days.
  • After 30 days, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
4.2. Re-Subscription

If you decide to re-subscribe within 30 days of cancellation, your data may still be available. After this period, you will need to start a new account.

5. How to Cancel Your Subscription

To cancel your LEDSAK subscription:

  • Log in to your account.
  • Navigate to Account Settings > Subscription.
  • Click Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.
  • You will receive a confirmation email upon successful cancellation.
