12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of the courts of India only. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.

• For Customers in India: These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Parties agree to resolve any disputes arising from these Terms through mutual discussions. Failing resolution, disputes will be submitted to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, governed by the rules of the Delhi High Court Arbitration Centre. The place of arbitration shall be Delhi, and the language shall be English. Subject to arbitration, courts in Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
• For Customers in Jurisdictions Outside India: These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and the Uniform Computer Information Transactions Act will not apply. Disputes will first be addressed through mutual discussions. If unresolved, Parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent state and federal courts in New Jersey, United States.
